The Gold Seal Homes Group was formed as a result of the awful experiences the founders had when buying their own homes.  When they learned how they had been taken advantage of, they decided to create an organization that would help others avoid having the same bad experiences.

We believe in creating win-win solutions.  If we cannot create a win-win solution, we will not go forward.

We treat others the way we would like to have been treated when we were buying our homes.
